Miltton strengthens its presence in Brussels: immense potential for Nordic companies in EU level public affairs



Miltton continues investing in EU public affairs support for Nordic clients. Miltton Brussels has named Antton Rönnholm a senior adviser as of the beginning of 2016. Rönnholm has previously worked as a political adviser and EU adviser.

“Decisions that are made in Brussels are crucial to companies. In the current economic situation every Finnish company should participate in this work. Our growing group of experts assists companies in taking advantage of the potential offered by effective EU public affairs,” says Jan Store, CEO of Miltton Brussels.

Antton Rönnholm has over ten years of experience in policy making, for example from working as a political adviser to ministers in Finland and in different public affairs tasks in Brussels. At Miltton, Rönnholm will be responsible for analyses of EU policy making as well as formulating public affairs plans. Rönnholm’s areas of expertise include infrastructure, energy, communications and digitalisation.

This recruitment brings Miltton’s EU team to six members: the EU public affairs team is led by CEO, ambassador Jan Store. The team in Brussels also includes Antton Rönnholm as well as former international secretary of the Finnish National Coalition Party Matti Rantanen. In Helsinki the team includes Anna-Mari Vimpari, former EU adviser to previous Centre Party prime ministers, Susanna Eskola, former deputy head of the political and press section of the British embassy in Finland, as well as Marina Lampi, who previously worked in the European parliament.
