Erik Bäckman is a new recruit at Miltton since Q1 of 2012. He offers our clients a wide and multi-faceted experience of various research and development methods, customer insight and media. The last six years he has been in charge of Yle’s media research and development team. Before this, he worked with strategic development, digital tv and content production. Erik also has several years’ experience as a journalist in tv news and current affairs.
Erik has a strong personal passion for understanding the psychological dimensions and mechanisms in the relations between a company and its customers.
