Miltton wins European Excellence Award with Finnair’s and Helsinki Airport’s PR campaign
Quality Hunters, Season 2, an initiative designed and produced by Miltton for Finnair and Helsinki Airport, has been awarded with a European Excellence Award 2012 in the category Travel and Tourism. The winners of European Excellency Awards, honouring the most outstanding achievements of communications professionals in their field, were announced in a gala ceremony in London on December 6th. The jury described this year’s competition as tougher than ever.
Quality Hunters, Season 2 is a continuation of Finnair’s initiative Rethink Quality, an EEA award winner from last year. Season 2 focused on social media to create an active global community whose enthusiasm for travelling and flying was channeled to create service development ideas for Finnair and Helsinki Airport. Innovations created by the community have already been adopted at the airport.
