Miltton’s Säde Rytkönen wins award for Best Theoretical Paper in New York



Miltton’s strategy and corporate responsibility advisor Säde Rytkönen and her co-author Leena Louhiala-Salminen received the Best Theoretical Paper Award at Corporate Communication International’s Conference held in June in New York. “Sell the Sizzle: Communicating Environmental, Social and Governance Issues to Institutional Investors” proposes a framework for the communication of ESG factors between companies and mainstream investors while being mindful of the differing mindsets of both parties. The findings highlight the importance of adopting a financial framework in ESG communications as well as the importance of top management maintaining an active dialogue with the investment community.

Along with the award Säde brought home a bunch of fresh new ideas to share with Miltton and its clients!
