SRV is an forward-looking construction company that provides end-to-end solutions and assumes customer-focused responsibility for the development, construction and commercialisation of projects. In September 2016, SRV was looking for innovative solutions to innovate new digital services for consumers visiting the REDI shopping centre, due to open in the autumn of 2018, and for the residents of its upcoming adjacent residential tower buildings.
SRV invited startups and innovators to find new solutions through #REDIHACK hackathon. Miltton designed the image and planned the communications for the event. In addition, Miltton planned a web site where it also produced content throughout the hackathon.
During the event, Miltton produced and published videos, blogs, social media content and photos for several social media channels (SRV, REDI, REDI Living Lab). Both B2B and B2C target groups were taken into account in content production. In Finland’s Twitter, the event hashtag #redihack trended the whole week and was in top 3 hashtags on the final day.
