Enfucell: How to raise money to make money?



Enfucell’s recently completed crowdfunding campaign has successfully exceeded its target. Miltton helped Enfucell raise over EUR 400,000; well above the minimum set target of EUR 300,000. The funds raised will help Enfucell speed up its growth in preparation for a potential public listing.

The funding round was executed through the Invesdor crowdfunding platform. Enfucell, a leading customised battery technology supplier in the printed electronics industry, pursued funding through crowdfunding rather than venture capital funding, because it aimed to broaden its investor base. Over 200 new and enthusiastic shareholders joined Enfucell on its future journey to Power the Internet of Things revolution.

In order to attract investors, Miltton created and wrote the key equity story used in all communications, prepared investor presentation materials and a promotional video based on equity story, held media and presentation training for senior Enfucell management, and pitched Enfucell’s story to the media. These factors combined to help Enfucell’s campaign to attract considerable interest and for Enfucell to both reach and exceed its targets.
