STL: Boosting Corporate communications with storytelling – Storytelling Trainings

The Association for Finnish Work (Suomalaisen Työn Liitto) wanted to support their member companies in creating inspiring communications as a part of their Made by Finland campaign, which brings forward success stories from Finnish work. The Association wanted to help the companies to tell about themselves, their products and their people with memorable and sharable true stories in different channels: with pictures, articles and videos.
For this purpose, Miltton tailored a storytelling training that brought together the best practices of dramaturgy, manuscript writing and corporate communications to identify and package inspiring true stories.
The training comprised of four-hour workshops, in which the participants were introduced to encouraging examples of storytelling as well as were given a practical toolbox to help them in identifying, clarifying and producing great stories. After the workshops, the participants worked on stories born in their own companies. These stories were then further refined at Miltton’s storytelling clinics.
